COVID Safety Guidelines

March 2022 Policy Update

Based on the TBC Reopening Task Force’s recommendations, we are updating TBC’s COVID policy. Effectively immediately, masks inside the building will be optional. This change is a result of the high vaccination rates of our congregants, the low infection and hospitalization rates in our area and CDC guidelines.

Please note that full vaccination continues to be required to enter the building. Children under 5 who cannot be vaccinated (or anyone who is medically unable to be vaccinated and has provided the required proof) must continue to wear a mask while in the building. We will continue to monitor COVID and adjust our policy as needed.

If you haven’t already, please send proof of full vaccination in the form of a photo or scanned copy of your vaccination card to Denise in the Temple office at officeadmin@templebnaichaim.org.

**Full vaccination is defined as follows:

·    Age 18 and older, two Pfizer/Moderna vaccines plus booster six months after second vaccine; or one J&J vaccine plus booster 2 months after J&J vaccine
·    Age 5-17 two vaccines as soon as eligible
·    The only exception is if an individual is medically unable to get vaccinated in which case, a doctor’s note will be required.
We thank you for your patience and understanding in realizing our primary objective is to ensure the health and safety of our community.
