Dorothy Day Volunteers Serve 115 people!

TBC members with other volunteers, led by our indomitable Peggy Zamore, prepared and served grab and go lunches and dinners to 115 people at the Danbury Dorothy Day food pantry on Wednesday, February 1. They also gave out — just in time for this week’s deep freeze — warm hats, gloves, sock and coats provided by the Siegel family’s fundraising as year 2 of Murray Siegel’s Bar Mitzvah project. TBC volunteers staff the food pantry on the first Wednesday of each month.  Contact Peggy Zamore to help out!
